Refund & Cancellation Policy
for Classes & Programs
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all of Amanda's Classes and programs.
REFUND PRIOR TO CLASS/PROGRAM START:
If you cancel any time prior to the beginning of a class or course, you can get a full refund, minus an 8% administration fee.
REFUND DURING CLASS:
For short online and live courses, you are able to ask for a refund up to 10% into class. For live classes, you need to tell Amanda within the first 2 hours of class that you would like a refund, return all materials, and leave the class. You also will not be eligible to attend any future classes with Amanda. For online classes, you must indicate your desire for refund and leave within the first half of the first call. Ie. if the first call goes for one hour, you must leave and request your refund within 30 minutes of the class starting, or it will be considered as you have completed the call.
CANCELLING MEMBERSHIPS & EXTENDED PROGRAMS.
If you wish to cancel a subscribed membership programs partway though, you will be charged for the month or week you are currently in, and subscription will stop the next billing cycle. Prior to cancelling, please download any material you’d like to keep, as your access to membership site will be removed.
If you have paid a full, upfront membership fee with a discount and wish to cancel part-way through, you will be refunded the amount minus the full price monthly fee of the membership to date and a 15% administration fee.
